    D.C.

    Joshua A. Carr, D.C. is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, the most prestigious Chiropractic school in the world. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Mt. Gibborim, PLLC, the parent company of Coral Canyon Chiropractic, and is devoted to raising the standard in health and wellness. Dr. Carr developed an intimate interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation after being hit by a drunk driver head-on on the freeway.

  • Kathy Carr

    Kathy Carr is the heart of Coral Canyon Chiropractic. Patients love her and continuously comment how kind and sincere she is. She serves as the business' Office Manager and has been with the clinic since its founding in 2006. Kathy has been a resident of Washington County since 1990, but was raised in northern Utah, then in Canon City, Colorado, and finally in Show Low, Arizona where she graduated high school. She attended Dixie College from 1990-1993. Kathy and Dr. Carr's combined family consists of her own two sons and a daughter and Dr. Carr's son and daughter (and their two dogs of course). Chiropractic care is what brought Kathy to the clinic originally, as she started out as a patient before becoming Coral Canyon Chiropractic's first employee.

    Teresa Salyer, LMT. was born and raised in Garden City, KS, and her family moved to Hurricane, UT in 2004. She is a mother of two children and proud to be married to her husband who is a Truck Driver. After working for an Optometrist and Dentist she decided to go to Massage School. She attended The Sensory Development Institute in St. George because of its excellent reputation and it was close to home so she could attend to her family. She enjoys being a Massage Therapist at Coral Canyon Chiropractic and especially likes participating in the process to help patients get better faster and stay better longer.
